Dealer Service Alternative is owned and operated by Alex Aviles. Alex is an ARMY Veteran who graduated from Austin Pea State University with an Automotive Technology Degree. Alex has over 20 years of experience in the industry and has held a Master Technician Certificate from Mercedes-Benz. We have factory-level diagnostic equipment and certified technicians.

Alex worked with and supported the Boy Scouts of America for over ten years in the Central Florida area, and routinely gives back as often as he can.
